I’m a User Experience professional with over 15+ years of experience in the tech industry and consulting as both an individual contributor and manager. I got a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Basel in Switzerland and I'm currently enrolled in the LEAD program at Stanford GSB.
Since 2015 I work for Google in Zurich. I design and lead programs for Geo (Google Maps and Search) to scale UX research to set the product strategy and innovate on UX metrics (Product Excellence, Accessibility). I love to uncover user needs and behaviors by using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods - and driving positive user and business outcomes by enabling and championing data driven decision making.
Since 2011/2012 I also teach User-Centered Design and Research at the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences and at the University of Basel. I’m a board member of UX Schweiz since 2017.
Please feel free to contact me if I can provide you with any of my publications or my CV.
